How can I come tour The Capital Club of Asheville?
Tours are available during our office hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and on weekends by appointments only. Please contact us at 828-398-5055 or [email protected] to set up your tour.
What is included in the room rental rate?
Services and Rental Items Available: Facility rental, tables, chairs, roller bar, linens, ice, non alcoholic beverages, music service, wireless microphone, Audio/Visual including 2 flat screen televisions and a projector, some décor, parking. Standard rental for events includes 4 hours for the event plus 2 hour set up and 1 hour tear down. Extensions are available. Pricing packages are customized for each event. Planning services are available.
What is required to reserve my date?
In order to book a date at Capital Club of Asheville, a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit must be turned in. The final payment is due 15 days prior to your event along with a refundable security/damage deposit.
What is the capacity for Capital Club of Asheville?
Our maximum capacity is 205 guests. This would be for a cocktail-style event with no seating. In order to have a seat for every guest we can accommodate up to 120 guests and up to 175 guests for a ceremony and reception.
Can I bring my own catering to my event?
Yes! We have an extensive list of caterers that we work closely with. If you have someone else in mind we just have to approve them. We can also offer food service planning.
What type of parking is available for my guests?
There is a parking lot located directly behind the building which can be accessed from Coxe Avenue. A parking pass is required for all guests. (Parking can be included in your event or guests can pay upon arrival for themselves).
